Reminder: New Payment Instructions & Homeowner Portal

ProCom sent homeowners a letter last week providing payment instructions related to a new homeowner portal. The HOA payments page has already been updated to reflect the new information.

As noted in the letter, you will need to register for the new homeowner portal to manage some of the payment options. For those making online payments through a bank or sending a check/money order, remember that both the payee and the remittance address have changed.

Finally, the new homeowner portal can be used for other purposes as well, such as viewing your account history, viewing documents, responding to violation notices, and contacting management. You can also choose how you receive communications from the HOA – electronically or via the post office. You can find a short video demonstrating the registration process at this link.
