Chapel Grove HOA

Due to mechanical issues, the Chapel Grove pool will close on Wednesday, July 21st and will remain closed until repairs can be completed. We apologize for this closure and will keep you posted on any other issues related to pool access. Thank you.

Note: This message updates our earlier message about pool staffing issues on July 16th. Again, we will continue to update you on changes to pool hours.

The HOA Annual Meeting is scheduled for 7pm on Wednesday, August 18th, at the Chapel Grove Community Pool to discuss past, ongoing, and future HOA plans, as well as elect new members of the Board. We currently have five vacant positions. Given the difficulties in scheduling meetings at the Odenton Library, this seemed the best way to allow for an in-person meeting.

ProCom has mailed owners information on this meeting as well as a proxy ballot for those who cannot attend in person. We will need 60 owners represented in person or by proxy in order to hold the Annual Meeting. Should we lack a quorum for an Annual Meeting, we will proceed with a regular meeting and attempt an Annual Meeting again on September 15th at the same time and place.
