The Chapel Grove HOA pool will open for the 2024 season on Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday, May 24th). Due to school hours and lifeguard staffing, the pool will only be open from 5:00PM- 8PM on weekdays and normal hours on weekends until the school year ends on Friday, June 16th. The facility will close for the season on Labor Day – Monday, September 1st.
Operating hours are 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Monday through Friday; 10:00AM – 9:00PM Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
2025 Pool Rules & Regulations
- Pool privileges are only extended to homeowners or tenants who are current in their monthly HOA dues. Any homeowner who becomes delinquent in their dues during the summer months will have their passes suspended until the account is brought current. Any questions regarding individual accounts should be directed to PROCOM.
- The lifeguard and/or pool manager is responsible for the strict enforcement of the rules.
He/she has authorization to temporarily deprive any member, guest, or other person access to the facility. A written statement to this effect is to be filed by the pool management company with PROCOM within 24 hours of any such action being taken. - The lifeguard may suspend pool privileges for up to 3 days for failure to comply with any of the pool rules or instructions given by the pool staff. If the lifeguard deems it necessary to suspend pool privileges for more than 3 days, they will notify the Chapel Grove Board of Directors (BOD) and PROCOM within 24 hours.
- The BOD may suspend pool privileges for up to 7 days based on the pool management report.
If the BOD considers the infraction presented for evaluation severe enough, the BOD may suspend pool privileges for the remainder of the season. - Any person caught destroying or removing pool property will be prosecuted and their pool privileges will be revoked for the season.
- Electronic check-in will be used for admission to the pool. Everyone entering the pool must have a valid pool pass to be admitted. No exceptions will be made.
- An adult resident of Chapel Grove, 16 years or older, MUST accompany any child resident of Chapel Grove under 16 years old for admission to the pool. Children under 11 MUST always be accompanied by a responsible adult resident of Chapel Grove. However, a child resident of Chapel Grove 11 years of age and older, who passes a swim test administered by the lifeguard, may be admitted to the pool unaccompanied by an adult. ACE Aquatics, Inc., will supply wrist bands to children who are residents of Chapel Grove that pass the swim test. The wrist band should always be worn. - Admission to the pool will be refused to anyone suffering from skin abrasions, infections, contagious diseases, open sores, inflamed eyes, or visible bleeding.
- The pool may be closed at any time due to weather, breakdown of equipment, or other operational defects. County regulations pertaining to pool operations will be enforced.
- Proper swimming attire is required. Improper attire is prohibited in the pool.
- No glass containers are allowed within the boundaries of the pool area. No smoking is allowed within the boundaries of the pool area. Members are responsible for cleanup of all food/beverages consumed around the pool deck/picnic/playground areas. No food or beverages are permitted in the main pool or the wading pool. Any person under
the influence of intoxicants is not permitted in the pool. - No running, pushing, wrestling, foul language, or causing disturbances is permitted. Playing is not permitted in the restroom/dressing room areas at any time. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in suspension of pool privileges.
- All trash and recyclables must be put in containers placed in the pool area. Please help us to keep our recreational areas clean.
- All floatation devices must be U.S. Coast Guard approved. A parent/guardian must be within arm’s reach of non-swimmers. A non-swimmer is anybody who requires the use of a floatation device at any time. Rafts, floats, and inner tubes are prohibited. Ball playing is permitted at the discretion of the lifeguards.
- A 15-minute adult swim (18 years or older) period will be held every hour at the discretion of the lifeguard.
- No pets are allowed within the boundaries of the pool area.
- Radios and other musical instruments taken to the pool area must be played in such a manner as NOT to disturb other guests or residents in the pool area or surrounding areas and buildings.
- All bathers must shower before entering the pool. Children are not permitted in the showers without a responsible adult. Any child who abuses the shower privileges may be asked to leave the pool area.
- Children who are not toilet-trained are required to wear swim diapers and a swimsuit with a tight-fitting liner when using either the main pool or wading pool. In addition, for the protection of all, parents/guardians of children in diapers are asked to frequently check diapers while using the pools.
- The wading pool will not be guarded. A child may use the wading pool when accompanied by an adult. The adult must ALWAYS be with the child. No child over six (6) years of age is permitted in the wading pool.
- Chairs are on a first-come, first-serve basis and may not be reserved for people who leave the pool area or who are expected to arrive later.
- No guests will be permitted inside the pool gates without a valid pool pass and guests MUST be accompanied by a pool member with a valid pool pass.
- Applications for Pool parties— Homeowners will be required to submit a request directly to ACE Aquatics, Inc. to arrange for staff support for private pool parties to be held at the Chapel Grove Pool. The application form will be available at https://www.chapelgrovehoa.org/documents/pool/. It will be necessary for the completed form andrelevant application fees to be received by ACE Aquatics, Inc., at least seven (14) days prior to the date of the Pool party.
- These rules and regulations may be revised, supplemented, or additional rules established at any time by the Board of Directors.
The Chapel Grove HOA Swimming Pool is for the enjoyment of all community residents. The operation in adherence to these rules is greatly appreciated and will ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere for our community.

The Association and its Board of Directors, the Managing Agent of the Association, and the employees, agents or servants of these entities shall be held harmless from any and all claims, liabilities and other actions by any Owner, and by any guest, tenant or licensee of any Owner, arising from, or the result of, any accident, injury or other occurrence which causes loss or damage to life, limb or property sustained in connection with, or as a consequence of, the use of the bathhouse, pool and pool deck area, except when such is clearly proved to have resulted from, and have been proximately caused by, the direct negligence in the operation, care or
maintenance of these Facilities by the entities or individuals cited herein.
