Improving the Chapel Grove Community

You may see some board members walking through your neighborhood as they observe the condition of both common and homeowner areas. The latest reviews have already identified a number of needed common area improvements, such as removing dead trees, fixing damaged sidewalks, replacing worn/missing signage, reseeding lawn areas, and more. The reviews also cover homeowner issues, such as damaged fences, missing shutters, and other matters. The goal is to improve the overall appearance of the community by maintaining common areas and ensuring homes meet architectural standards. We appreciate the community’s support as we continue with this work.
