On Monday, June 28, 2021, contractors will be performing asphalt repairs, seal coating, and restriping on Killarney Terrace. Asphalt structural repairs will be conducted at the end of the street near the storm drain in the marked spots only (areas marked for repair will have bright green spay paint and/or barricades set up). Once repairs are completed, the contractors will mill and remove all existing asphalt, lay and roll out new asphalt on the entire street, repaint all existing yellow curbing, and stripe parking spaces.
During this period, Killarney Terrace will be closed to traffic. Vehicles must be removed by 6:30am on the day work is scheduled, and are not permitted to return until the following day. If your vehicle is parked in your driveway once the work begins, your vehicle must remain in the driveway until the completion of the project. Again, once the work begins, any vehicles parked in homeowner driveways will have to remain parked in their driveway for at least 24 hours. Vehicles will not be able to enter or leave the area once the work begins. Also, please do not water your plants, run sprinklers, etc. on the front lawns until June 29th to ensure the road work can be completed without issues.
All cars not removed from curb areas, reserved spaces, and overflow/guest parking areas will be towed at the owner’s expense.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we complete this project to enhance the community.
