Now Forming: Chapel Grove Play Group! Ages 12 – 36 months (older & younger siblings welcome, too). Free. Regular meetups will be at neighborhood homes and local parks, with occasional field trips. Weekday and weekend dates available, based on the preference of participants. We’re just starting up, so we can make this group whatever we want it to be — all suggestions are welcome. Adults must accompany children, which is a great opportunity for both the kids and the grown-ups to socialize in a casual setting. Come have fun with us! Contact Holly: CG.Play@yahoo.com.

Spring inspections are just around the corner. All townhomes will be inspected again this year as well as sections 1 through 4 of the single family homes. Sections 5 and 6, being the newer homes towards the rear of the community, will not be inspected this year. For general reference, the crossing street of Winesapp where it intersects with Star Stella and Seneca will be the approximate cut line of those homes included in this year’s inspection. All homes scheduled for inspection this year will be receiving a specific mailing in the coming weeks.
Please reference this document which labels the various parts of your home.

This year we are requesting that all comments, questions or concerns should be sent directly to the Pool Committee so that there is written documentation of any issues and/or concerns when meetings are held with Anchor Aquatics and/or the Board of Directors.
The pool will open on May 28, 2011 and close on September 5, 2011. The hours are as follows:
