ASPHALT RE-SEAL PROJECT
Monday July 28th – Thursday 31st
*Trash will be collected early on Tuesday the 29th between 6-7AM*
Dear Chapel Grove Homeowner/Resident,
The Chapel Grove Parking Committee and Board of Directors have contracted with GMC Contracting to seal coat all streets in the townhome section of the community. This work will entail road closures on Jostaberry Way, Mericrest Way, Arkblack Terrace and Killarney Terrace from July 28, 2014 through July 31, 2014.
On the scheduled days of the work, ALL vehicles parked along any curb must be removed to facilitate the work. Vehicles must be parked in owner’s driveways or off site. NO parking in reserved spaces or overflow parking.
IMPORTANT: ALL CARS NOT REMOVED FROM CURB AREAS, RESERVED SPACES AND OVERFLOW PARKING AREAS ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED STREETS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER REMINDERS OR WARNINGS. Further, it is each homeowner/resident’s responsibility to relay this information to any guests or service providers scheduled to be in the community that day. The Parking Committee and Board of Directors will not be liable for any costs incurred for vehicles that are towed as a result of not being in compliance with this notification.
-July 28th – Portion of Mericrest and all of Killarney will be closed*
-July 29th – Portion of Mericrest and Jostaberry will be closed*
-July 30th – Portion of Mericrest and Jostaberry will be closed*
-July 31st – Portion of Mericrest and all of Arkblack will be closed*
*Please review the map included with this mailing for details of which portions of each street will be closed on each day. A copy of this map can also be found on the Chapel Grove Website.
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED BY 7:00 a.m. AND ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DRIVE FOR 24HOURS FOLLOWING THE SEAL COAT.
Trash/Recycling will be collected on Tuesday the 29th between 6-7AM
The design of the access routes will make this project complex. GMC will make every effort to accommodate residents to the best of their ability; however, drivers must prepare to park off site and walk to and from homes for 24 hours. Please be advised that mail service will be stopped for the duration of the project.
Should you have any questions regarding this work either before or after the scheduled work date, please contact the Parking Committee at Parking@ChapelGroveHOA.org or Procom at email@example.com. We thank you for your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
